Out-licensing with supply

Jubilant Pharmaceuticals holds an extensive portfolio of generic dossiers for out-licensing and supplies its customers with the finished medicinal products, manufactured according to c-GMP norms.

Dosage forms offered in various therapeutic areas include:

• Plain formulations, for blockbusters as well as niche products
• Added value formulations
• Modified release formulations and Novel Drug Delivery Systems

Additionally, the status in which our dossiers are offered, can be one of the following:

• New and completely backward integrated developments in e-CTD format, for licensing out to European customers
• Pending Marketing Authorisation applications of dossiers in CTD format, awaiting approval in several EU member states and available for transfer and MRP after registration
• Obtained Marketing Authorisations in EU member states, available for transfer and MRP

From the registration date onwards, Jubilant Pharmaceuticals supplies its customers with the finished products, which are produced according to the c-GMP norms and can be supplied either in bulk or finished packs.

In addition, we have the relevant approvals in place to perform EU-releases of generic products, manufactured in countries outside the European Union.
