Terms and Conditions


1. The parties
The parties are PharmaRegistrations (referred as "PR" in this text) and all users of this site, which might be the Person, Individual, Firm or Company which enters the Web Site (referred as "User")

2. General
The terms and conditions set forth on this page and any further written agreement between the User and PR constitute the entire agreement between PR and the User. PR will not be bound by any terms that are inconsistent with these terms. Acceptance by User of these terms will always be made by written acceptance; an example of such an agreement is the Confidential Disclosure. These Terms may not be modified, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted except in writing signed by the User and PR. The failure by PR to enforce at any time any of the provisions in these Terms will in no way be construed as a waiver of such provisions. Each User assumes full responsibility for all risks arising from use of the Web Site. Contents published on the Web Site are for information purposes only and it is the responsibility of the User to identify and confirm the accuracy and suitability for whatever purpose the User requires or wishes to use the Contents. Giving information by the electronic forms (Information requests) or phone/fax does not replace any written agreement between PR and the User.

3. Copyright
a) All the Contents and images on the Web Site and newsletters are the copyright of PR and will at all times remain the property of PR. All rights are reserved. No portion of the Web Site or newsletter may be reproduced in any form or by any means without the prior written permission from PR.
b) The name and logo of PR and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trade names, service marks, or trademarks of PR, and may not be used without the prior written consent of PR.
c) All product names mentioned are acknowledged as the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks are acknowledged. The ownership of information, data, trademarks, corporate logos and graphics remain the property of their owners, which are supplied to PR for restricted use on the Web Site and associated publications.
d) While every effort is made to ensure that information on this site is accurate PR assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.
e) No rights to, or property in the Web Site shall pass to the User.

4. Use of the site
By using this site, the User agrees to
a) Neither to copy duplicate, translate into any language or in any way reproduce any content, would it be text or images, nor to take any extracts from such documents without the prior written consent of PR and then only on such terms as PR shall stipulate. The User shall be permitted to reproduce a reasonable number of copies of the Contents, (but not the computer code or any part thereof copy of which is strictly forbidden) for purposes of the User's own research or private study in order to examine to work with PR. In this case all and any copies of extracts from the information shall be clearly and conspicuously marked with PR copyright notice as follows: "(c) Copyright PharmaRegistrations (http://www.pharmaregistrations.com)".
b) To use the Information only for the purpose of evaluating the commercial interest in the Products and/or services.
c) Not to make any commercial use of the Information without the express consent of PR.
d) Not to disclose the Information to any third party. For this purpose, employees bound by obligations of secrecy no less strict than those set out herein shall not be regarded as third parties.
e) If so requested by PR, to return or destroy any documents containing the Information supplied by PR or any copies thereof or extracts therefrom made by the Recipient and any samples of material supplied by PR.
f) Use of electronic forms The user will give accurate information. All information gathered by us using electronic information will be used for contact information with the User only. Notwithstanding this, PR will have the right to use, sell, or otherwise distribute aggregated statistical information regarding the Users' use of the web site; provided, however, that PR shall not disclose the name or identity of the User, or any information or data from which such name or identity could reasonably be discerned.

5. Patents
Development of pharmaceuticals that are still under patent is carried out according to European Union requirements in countries with no existing patents. PR delivers to all countries where the substance and its use are not protected by patents. Users should ensure that Products are not covered by patents in their respective markets before entering into a commercial agreement. Availability of Products is subject to patent restrictions in countries where applicable patents are in effect. PR shall by no means be held responsible if the User will incur any losses or law infringement in his country.

6. Indemnity
The User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PR, their employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that PR may sustain or incur arising from:
a) the use of information given on this site,
b) the Users failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation those regarding the patent of products or to obtain any licenses or approvals from the appropriate government agencies necessary to purchase and/or use the Products.

7. Law
These Terms and performance by the parties hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts.
